I am being told that Twitter Executives are claiming that I have reached some sort of maximum limit of copyright strikes. If this is true, why is there no transparency in this system?
How am I to know how many I have left?
While we are on that topic, are you aware that ANYONE can file a DMCA takedown order, and Twitter is "forced" to comply? Even if the person or entity has no legal authority to do so.
Guess how twitter handles the appeal process for these claims. They make you send all your private information to this third party. Imagine putting up a meme that uses a few seconds of a song and then having to send your drivers license to a stranger in a foreign country.
I might as well wake up every morning and post my home address and say come and get me.
All that being said, when is CNN going to receive their DMCA take down order and ban for all the times that they have showed my memes? If my memes are copyright infringement, their showing of my memes are as well.
I won't hold my breath.
